This four-month program is designed to connect emerging leaders in local government with experienced professionals who can offer guidance, support, and insight. Mentees will gain trusted advisors to help them grow their skills, strengthen leadership abilities, and navigate career advancement. Mentors will have the opportunity to inspire the next generation, share knowledge, and gain fresh perspectives from rising leaders.

The program is structured to foster meaningful connections and ensure participants get the most out of their time together. While not every mentee may be paired with a mentor who perfectly matches their request, I-NAPA will work hard to create thoughtful and impactful pairings.
